BT is one of the world’s leading communication services companies, they needed help to raise the profile of the fibre-optic broadband rollout being carried out by Openreach across the UK.
In order to generate interest and encourage residential and commercial take-up with the many providers offering superfast broadband services within Lancashire, we provided digital marketing support encompassing; social media community management, digital strategic messaging, digital advertising, video and photography.
Work was campaign focussed, tightly managed, involved working with internal teams and as part of a rostered agency framework. Campaign results were analysed and reported back both quantitatively and qualitatively.
We increased Facebook interactions by 3850% – comments and shares were the focus here, to encourage reach (brand awareness). Furthermore, we increased the average monthly campaign reach to over 2.4m.
