When BT was rolling out fibre-optic broadband installations across the UK, they asked us to help encourage residential and commercial take-up within Lancashire. 

Working with a plethora of in-house teams across the BT network, as well as being part of a multi-agency framework, we were responsible for all aspects of social media for the programme. We placed carefully curated digital asset and digital advertising in front of key demographics in localised areas, and this was all underpinned by stringent community management processes, analytical reporting and strategic direction.

We generated huge reach across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, nurturing the channels from creation, increasing awareness of the rollout & encouraging take-up, helping the BT team meet their target of having 97% Lancashire connected by 2015. The team at BT were so impressed with our campain, we have continued to work alongside them upskilling their internal teams.
