A new look for Facebook’s news feed

Facebook has redesigned it’s News Feed to make it more like a “personalised newspaper” in the words of Mark Zuckerberg.
The visual redesign comprises of making photos and photo albums more prominent, articles have been expanded so that more of the description can be seen as well as the logo of the publication.
The design has been created so that it shows full consistency from the webpage to the mobile application as well as giving users the chance to choose what they want to see on their feeds, posts from their friends, public figures or both.
To coincide with the ‘Like’ facility, Facebook is also posting related articles and friends’ stories onto the News Feed to become the “best newspaper possible“.
