We’re delighted to announce that we’ve recently acquired Two Peculiar, a visual media company based in the North West. The acquisition will see Two Peculiar integrated into the 3ManFactory brand. After working with Two Peculiar on a number of projects in the past, we took the decision to purchase them in order to continue our growth. As a result, we’ve increased the range of expertise and services that we can offer to our clients.
Nathaniel Cassidy, Managing Director at 3ManFactory, said;
“We see ourselves as a core services agency being able to support marketing campaigns from idea to analysis, video is no longer an add-on but a necessity. We’ve worked with Two Peculiar for a number of years and are familiar with how they work, the decision feels like a logical and natural progression.”
This acquisition will serve to broaden our services further, which already include public relations, marketing, web design, photography, events management and now an experienced and successful videography team. These new services include promotional media, corporate videos, commercials, event coverage, motion graphics and 3-D animation.
The decision to purchase the firm, and create an in-house video department, is the first acquisition we’ve made since beginning in 2011 and was funded through personal investment by the company founder’s Nathaniel Cassidy, Tom Stables and James Duffell. Directors from both companies have ties to the City, with all of them attending the University of Central Lancashire.
