Service Care Solutions are an established and successful multi-industry recruitment firm that fill roles nationally across a number of sectors, and whilst their business was growing, the brand wasn’t serving it as well as it could. In short, the brand wasn’t aligning with the size and success of the business, and it was becoming a limiting factor in future business growth.
Undertaking a detailed brand audit, we consulted with members of staff from directorate through to new-starts, via interactive workshops, drop-in sessions, digital feedback and telephone interviews. From here, we looked at competitors – both those that Service Care Solutions occasionally lost business to and those that were more of an aspirational nature. All of our findings were compiled and measured against the companies current brand guidelines, mission, vision and values, and we held a mirror to the brand for the board to peruse.
The results of the audit highlighted areas where the Service Care Solutions brand could do more for them. It provided a clear, strategic set of aims and goals, with a defined set of ‘next steps’ to push their brand realisation forward, both externally and as part of a wider internal communications strategy.
