DA Techs are alloy refurbishment, bodywork and tyres specialists for the automotive industry, servicing commercial and private customers across the United Kingdom. Originally they had a regional focus, servicing customers in the North West of England, but due to innovation, product development and business growth, they now have solutions in place to be able to service commercial tyres anywhere in the UK.
But their marketing and sales output didn’t reflect this. They came to us to help them create a web presence that really put them on the map, nationally.
Solution
This website has a very clear top-of-funnel sales goal: to drive customers to create that first enquiry. We helped them put their sales processes in place via Hubspot, and then we created a website that seamlessly fed into these.
Created in Hubspot, the website is focused on getting customers to make an enquiry; we’ve added a call to action on every page, and we’ve linked the site to their sales booking widgets, making it really easy for prospects to make the next step in the buying journey.
We really got under the skin of the brand to create compelling web copy that speaks to fleet owners, dealership managers and automotive business owners, and we created a sitemap that’s easy to navigate.
We brought the brand to life using background videos and graphic design embellishments that make use of their icon sets and photography. We even used some of their video clips to crib together short videos introducing the team and some of their high ticket sales items.
Impact
The response to the site has been incredible and within the business, the impact was felt almost instantly.
Within the first month of go-live enquiries were coming in from the website and the booking widgets were being used to secure timeslots with their new Business Development Manager (BDM).
Their new BDM was able to use the website, and the sales processes in place behind the scenes, to open doors with new clients, using the site as an outbound marketing tool as well as facilitating inbound enquiries.
