Scheduling Posts on Facebook

Recently Facebook has released a few new features for Facebook Pages, one of these is that page owners now have the ability to schedule posts / content. The following tutorial steps will guide you through just how easy it is to schedule content.

  1. First head to the Facebook Page which you’d like to schedule a post on
  2. Select the status box directly below the profile picture and input the desired content to be scheduled
  3. Select the clock icon at the bottom left of the status box, here you specify the year, month, day, hour & minute for when the content should be made live
  4. You’ll then be presented with a pop up window which will confirm the settings you’ve just selected for the scheduled post, you’ll also see an option to view the activity log which lists all of the upcoming scheduled posts

It’s worth noting that you can access a pages activity log by expanding the admin panel at the top of the page and selecting the ‘edit page’ tab, here you’ll see the option ‘use activity log’ from the list of options.
