3manfactory’s Sarah Cassidy Wins Mentee of the Year at National Mentor Awards

We’re thrilled to share some brilliant news: our Head of Operations, Sarah Cassidy, has been named Mentee of the Year at the National Mentoring Awards! 🏆🥳

The awards, held in London earlier this year, recognise individuals who’ve demonstrated a standout commitment to personal and professional development through mentoring. With hundreds of entries from across the UK, Sarah’s win is not only a personal achievement, but a testament to the culture of growth and leadership we’re proud to foster at 3manfactory.

Sarah joined the agency’s leadership team in 2020 following over twenty years in leadership roles at the University of Central Lancashire, bringing energy, clarity, and a focus on operational excellence.

The award win comes after Sarah took part on the Help To Grow: Management Course, working closely with her mentor throughout to help shape 3manfactory’s operational strategy, ensuring we’re set up to deliver consistent, high-quality work to clients while supporting sustainable agency growth.

Reflecting on her win, Sarah said:

“The Help to Grow course gave me the space to reflect on the business and the confidence to make operational changes that benefit both the team and our clients.
