Select the admin (cog) icon located at the bottom left-hand side of the screen
From the three columns visible, you want to select the ‘Account Access Management’ option within the first column which manages the account permissions
Select the blue plus icon located at the top right-hand side of the screen
Enter the email ‘hello@3manfactory.co.uk‘ with the role ‘Administrator‘
Select the blue add button located at the top right-hand side of the screen
